Not much crafting to report...Invisibility Shawl and Fruity Mohair Scarf look the same as before, only longer. (Thanks to Steph for the new name for my scarf! I've been thinking of it as Fruity Mohair Scarf since Sunday, and finally decided to make it official.)
In related news, I injured myself playing Wii Baseball this afternoon. I was following through on a mighty Henry-Aaron-style swing when I felt something give in my forearm - some muscle that, despite a full five minutes of Googling just now, I was not able to find the name of. Anyway, it hurts, and I'm wearing a pain-relieving patch on it even as we speak, and I think typing is irritating it. Haven't tested out knitting, crocheting, or writing yet...and in a few minutes here I will have to test cooking. The good news is that I had something simple planned for dinner anyway: sloppy joes and fries. Ore-Ida fries. Don't even have to chop any veg!
I just realized what cheek it took to compare my swing to Henry Aaron's. Believe me, my swing is nothing like Henry Aaron's...but if I'm going to try to play baseball, I may as well try to play like the best!
Tonight, while watching something that isn't "House MD" because Fox is airing it at 8 tonight, and I like having it on at 9 because my kids are in bed by then - thank you for your attention to this matter, Fox - I will have to see how stitching makes my forearm feel. Hopefully the answer will be "Hey, not too bad," because...well, y'all know how I am. Must...stitch...

Ouch! Hope your arm feels better soon. :-)
Oh no. I hope you aren't going to need Tommy-John! At least it wasn't an oblique - you are probably just day-to-day. (Gee, I love this kind of talk)!
