Someone confiscate the dishcloth cotton

Oh look, another dishcloth!

This one is the Mason-Dixon Dishcloth. (Ann and Kay are my Dishcloth Gurus. In fact, "In Pieces" is Kay's Ninepatch pattern - forgot to mention that yesterday.)

Steph asked in the comments whether I use my dishcloths or give them away. Both, actually; I have a drawer full of them, and my mother has eight or nine, and my brother and sister-in-law have a couple, and I think Pinky has one, and there are probably a few others floating around out there. I like to share the dishclothy joy!

Believe it or not, I am finding time to make other things. Here's the scarf I made last night -

Pinky sent me this yarn for my birthday (thanks, Pinky!). It's Bernat Alpaca, which is so soft you just want to pet it, and I just did a lovely crocheted-lengthwise-with-a-ruffle kind of a thing. Like a Curly Whirly, but not as tightly wound.

I've decided not to join Thing-A-Day after all, which is a little odd, since I'm making so many things that take less than a day lately. Maybe I'll play along at home. Or maybe I'll get around to knitting some lace next month!
