Going slightly mad

Well, forget those nice light socks I was knitting. Forget having a small project that is totally portable and doesn't weigh me down.

No, what I need here in the dog days of August is a lapful of acrylic!

When you find this many coordinating bits of leftover acrylic in your Leftover Acrylic Pile, you just have to make a baby blanket. Time for Project Linus to benefit from my midsummer madness!

What's funny about my Leftover Acrylic Pile is that I have no idea where half of it came from. The white yarn and sage green yarn are total mysteries. What on earth did I make with the rest of it? Where did it come from? How did it get here? Am I knitting with only one needle?

Whoops, I'm quoting Queen again. Don't stop me now, 'cause I'm having a good time!

I think the sage came from the last baby blanket you crocheted. At least, it reminds me of the same color one anyway.
