I've got two more dishcloths. I knit the yellow dishcloth in one long-distance knitting marathon on Friday - it's the classic corner-to-corner-with-yarnovers - and then worked on the blue one in wee little bursts, four or six rows at a time, until I finally finished it up yesterday. It's another Chinese Waves, and this one is all ocean and sky. The view from a fishing boat, perhaps.
Haven't really felt like knitting the last few days, though. I seem to have a new hobby.
Ballwinding. These will, someday, become a fair whack of socks for Afghans for Afghans.
A pair of socks for Horatio, one of these days. (I don't know how the blue yarn escaped the ballwinder.)
Oh look! My Primavera socks, still in two 220-yard lengths of string.
On the other hand, a tremendous amount of housework has gotten done the last couple of days, in between bouts of yarn-winding, so it seems I'm just in some kind of Spring Cleaning While Dreaming About Socks frenzy. I'd better go get everything off the kitchen counters and give them a good scrubbing quick, before I feel like knitting again!
