Cat-potis

I finished up the knitting on Clapotis quite late Tuesday night, finished unraveling all the dropped stitches yesterday morning, and blocked it yesterday afternoon - so it's all done! It is a thing of beauty, and I'll have to get outside with it today and take a picture. I tried to take a full-length picture of it while it was blocking, but it's six feet long, and I am considerably shorter than that, so no decent full-length images were captured. But here's a picture of it being tested for comfort and durability.

Clapotis was knit on 5mm needles with four skeins of Cascade 220 Quattro in the Green Tea colorway. I am crazy about this color, which Steph can attest to, because I bought some laceweight from her Etsy shop in just this shade of green. Before long I'll have a shawl in this color for every season!

Hey - don't be on my Clapotis if your feet are dirty!

Oooh, you're very brave letting your cat walk on that clapotis - I hope no claws snagged on the stitches! Beautiful colour - really uplifting. :-)
