Much better.

Well, it wasn't the swine flu; my own doctor told me so when I went to see her on Monday. The good news is that, after feeling progressively better each day since then, I feel completely well today. The better news is that whatever the hell this thing was, the children didn't catch it. Whew!

All right. I have had quite enough of being sick, and will not be accepting any more illnesses until (flips through datebook) next fall. I'll consider a head cold at that point, but anything more serious goes on the three-year waiting list. Now, back to the knitting - look what I have!

A lovely pair of No Purl Monkeys. These were knit in Trekking Zitron Hand Art in the Jamaica colorway, on 2.75mm needles. The yarn is really gorgeous to knit with, very soft and not at all splitty, and the yardage is terrific - I have a good-sized ball left over, about the size of a baseball. And the socks? Beautiful. I love them. I'm going to put them on, and get cracking again on those Devil's Snares!
