Can't talk. Stitching.

I really shouldn't be taking this long to finish my second Reds sock.


At this rate, Dusty will have picked the fifth starter before I finish. I still think I can do it by Sunday if I buckle down, but lately I'm having a little trouble remaining constant.


First, there's the Japan cross stitch, from Cross Stitcher #215. On red fabric. So colorful and cheerful and awesome!I have to finish the left-hand doll's parasol, and then stitch the third doll, who goes into the empty spot on the right.


Grandma Twombly's scarf is rolling right along...


...and holy cats, I actually attached the second ball of yarn to the Wool Addict's Shawl!

Now, if I can just summon the mental discipline to finish a project or two before I cast on Tappan Zee...
