More socks

Since I've actually finished the first sock, it's time for me to admit I cast on a sock Saturday night.


I was suddenly seized, seized I tell you, by the need to knit Synesthesia socks with this lovely Koigu Painter's Palette that I was given in a swap last December. The Koigu was still in hank form, so I had to wind it up before I could start knitting, and while I was winding I thought, "You know, by the time I'm done here I'll have changed my mind."


Happily, I was wrong. I didn't change my mind, the sock is both gorgeous and comfortable, the yarn is fantastic - no wonder so many people love this stuff - and the pattern is slightly addictive. Time to cast on the second one!
