Just in time for my 40th birthday. Gorgeous!
This morning, we discovered that last night's winds blew the cover off the grill. No one has had the gumption to go out there and fetch it yet.
It's a nice, peaceful day so far. Some lovely presents, everyone home for one last day of winter break, and I'm hoping the roads won't get too messy for us to go out for dinner tonight. The kind of day where you just want to stay in (until dinnertime) and drink tea and knit.
El Fuego gave me Jane Brocket's Gentle Art of Knitting for Christmas. I love this book beyond reason. Look, I've already cast on a couple of things!
Fluted Rib Scarf ...
... and Squishy Slouchy Hat. As always, stay tuned!
Happy New Year, all!
